Terms of Sale and Installation of RTF Foundations

1. Subject
These terms govern the sale and installation of root-type foundations (RTF) ordered via website or other means.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are in THB (Thai Baht), excluding VAT (unless company is VAT-registered).
• Payment: 50% deposit, 50% upon completion of installation.
• Payment methods: bank transfer, cash (by agreement).

3. Delivery and Installation Timeline

• Delivery: 7–14 days after order confirmation.
• Installation: scheduled separately after site visit.
• Delays caused by client (site unavailability, design changes) are not our breach.

4. Warranty

• Warranty on product and installation: 1 year from signed completion certificate.
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, natural disasters, or third-party actions.

5. Order Cancellation

• Before production starts: 100% deposit refund.
• After production starts: cost of incurred expenses deducted.
• After shipment: no refund.

6. Liability
We are not liable for:

• Losses not directly caused by product or installation quality.
• Indirect losses (lost profits, downtime, etc.).
• Consequences from incorrect data provided by client.

7. Governing Law
All disputes governed by laws of Thailand. Jurisdiction: courts at company’s registered address.
